Refund policy

To be eligible for a return or Refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and the purchase date should not be more then 15 days.

To initiate a return, please contact us at dgmart2026@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted,
we will share your information as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer will be responsible of parcel he/she sending us back. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions /non-returnable items

We can not return products which are damaged by the customer, unless the customer has proof that it came damage. Unfortunately,
 we cannot accept returns or Exchange on Sale(such as Summer/winter/autumn Eid; items/Stock Clearance Sale; Discounted Articles or Discount Code used on order, 
and Customize Product.
No Return and Refund on Customized Product
We don't entertain refunds or return on custom products designed specifically for you and according to your need!


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
35% of the previous invoice/parcel will be charged for the exchange of an item for a new one.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, after approval,
30% will be deducted from the original amount and the rest of the amount will be transferred to the customer's proffered payment method.
Please remember it can take some time(3-15 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
